Founded in 2007 by a salesforce.com alumni, Hire On-Demand® is the premier source of cloud computing professionals.
Founded in 2007, Hire On-Demand was the world’s first Salesforce-specific recruiting company. We continue that exclusive focus today, expertly matching employers with Salesforce professionals. Our deep roots in the Salesforce community, proprietary candidate evaluation process, and vast industry relationships enable us to deliver the talent employers need and the positions highly qualified candidates want.
Hire On-Demand was founded by a Salesforce.com alumna and was the first Salesforce-specific recruiting firm in the world. Our unique proprietary testing includes a thorough assessment of candidates’ Salesforce technical skills and best practice knowledge.
With our exclusive focus on Salesforce and our Salesforce-certified recruiters, we get it. We understand employers’ hiring needs and can guide them to the ideal candidate. We recognize job seekers’ skills and learn their goals so we can match them with their dream job.
Our extensive history in the Salesforce ecosystem along with an outstanding reputation of successful placements, has afforded us an expansive network of both superb candidates and desirable employers.
Kim Wallins Friedman has over twenty years of experience in software and technology, and more than fifteen years of experience in recruiting. Prior to launching Hire On-Demand, Kim was a Sr. Account Executive with Salesforce.com. At Salesforce, Kim was responsible for selling their flagship CRM solution, as well as educating businesses about cloud computing and the Salesforce.com platform. She was one of the first 500 people worldwide to become Salesforce-certified.
Kim began her career in technology recruiting at DirectFit (now TekSystems), where she was consistently ranked as a top performer—including being recognized as the number one revenue producer. Kim later worked for Glotel, where she successfully established and managed a branch office in Boston.
Kim’s technology experience includes four years working for IBM, selling their PC product line. At IBM, Kim played a leadership role, which included managing an inside sales group. She also spent two years working as an Account Executive at CCBN (now Thomson Financial), where she sold a hosted web solution for publicly traded companies (including many Fortune 500s).
Originally from Boston, Kim spent time in North Carolina and Atlanta before moving to the San Francisco Bay Area where she currently resides. She is frequently invited to speak throughout the U.S. about Salesforce careers, has twice served as a guest host for Salesforce.com’s career webinars, is a ten-time speaker at Dreamforce, and is a long-standing (long distance) fan of the Boston Celtics.
